What PlisPay is

PlisPay is a reusable payment integration for developers, agencies and businesses running their own website or booking platform. It provides integration software: each business uses its own merchant agreement and its own Redsys terminal, and PlisPay does not hold customer funds.

Entering credentials is one step of several. A terminal also has to be compatible, configured by the bank and validated in the sandbox before any live payment can be taken.

Frequently asked questions

What is PlisPay?

Integration software that connects an application to a Redsys Virtual POS. It creates the payment, signs the request with your terminal's profile and verifies the bank's confirmation before marking anything as paid.

Do I need my own Redsys Virtual POS?

Yes. You use your own merchant agreement and your own terminal credentials. PlisPay does not provide a merchant account and does not hold your customers' money.

Does it work with every bank?

It works with banks that provide a Redsys Virtual POS with a compatible configuration. Compatibility and the signing profile must be confirmed with your bank during onboarding.

Does PlisPay replace my bank or merchant agreement?

No. Your agreement, your terminal and your bank's terms stay exactly as they are.

Can customers pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bizum?

Card, wallet and Bizum methods can be configured per terminal, and the software only offers a method when the terminal is marked as enabled for it. Wallet and Bizum payments have not yet been verified in real transactions, and your bank has to activate them for your terminal.

Can I accept live payments now?

No. Production payments are disabled. Validation against the Redsys test environment and your bank's checks come first.

Are refunds available yet?

No. Full and partial refunds are planned and not implemented. Refund requests currently report that the feature is unavailable.

Does it automatically split payments or deduct platform commissions?

No. Payments go to your own merchant account. There is no splitting and no commission deduction.

Is technical installation required?

Yes. The integration is deployed into your project and connected to your order and pricing logic. Assisted installation is planned.

Do my bank's processing fees still apply?

Yes. Your bank's fees and conditions are unchanged; PlisPay is not part of that relationship.
